Halo Salon accepts only cash or check in salon. For online bookings, credit cards are needed. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover are accepted for online bookings only. No store credit, no exceptions. Gratuities are cash only. Gratuity of 18% will be added to parties of three or more.
We cannot accommodate children under 4 years of age on Saturdays or other peak days.
To avoid overcrowding, the waiting area is for clients with appointments only. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Clients are not permitted to administer hair or make up services or use outside beauty products or hair color in the salon.
Halo Salon, including each individual staff member, reserves the right to refuse admittance or service to any individual or group.
Must be 16 or older to receive color services.
Our salon has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.
If you cancel or reschedule any appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 40% fee for that appointment will be added to your next service with us.
In order to insure that the salon operates on schedule, we cannot guarantee services to clients who change their pre-booked service or arrive late. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to you scheduled appointment, please call us.
Prices for services vary, and are dependent on hair length/texture, and desired result. Please ask.
A blowout is required for all color and style changes.
You must return in person, or call us, within 72 hours, to report any discrepancies or dissatisfaction with your service result.
NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
